a)      You want to make mushroom risotto for dinner tonight. Complete the sentences about the ingredients. Use a/ an, some or a lot of. Look at the photographs. One tick means you don’t need much or many. Two ticks means you need a lot.

b)      You are at work. Your partner is at home. Phone him /her and find out which ingredients you have at home for risotto. Then make a shopping list of the things you need. Example:
